Toler made beautiful stars for us in his pottery class and passed them out to his friends at snack time.  What a special gift!  The kids loved them.

We finished our All About Bears books today!  We placed our books on the tables and the children walked around to read each one and admire their classmates work.  Folders are coming home today that have lots of the work your child did during this unit.  Check the backpacks for it!  The books are in the classroom and they look beautiful.  Great non-fiction research and writing by our 1st graders.
