I spent time in the block area yesterday afternoon admiring the hard work the group was doing together to create the animal shelter, and then last night I stumbled upon this article about the value of dramatic play in young children’s education. I’ll post it here for all of you who might be interested. It certainly helped me appreciate the superheroes who fly through my house every night and the work the kids are doing each day in the classroom through their natural play and exploration times.
